The Cardboard Box will hold the food, but you’ll be traveling for one half hour and according to the Transport Time Guidelines chart, boxes are only recommended for 15 minute trips. If a box is all you have, you can extend the travel time allowable by using freezer packs, but be sure the box has a lid to prevent cross-contamination. In this situation, there’s a better choice.
