Four coolers is a good choice. You'll need this much room if you have to pick up 30 pizzas, and since the pizzas aren't frozen, you'll need the ice packs to maintain a safe temperature and a thermometer to monitor the temperature. Is that agency van air conditioned? If not, if they have a refrigerated truck available and you have a license to drive a truck, that would be a better choice – you never can tell what kind of traffic you'll hit!
