Temperature Danger Zone side trip
The temperature range between 40° and 140° degrees Fahrenheit (4° and 60° degrees Celsius).
These temperatures allow bacteria to multiply rapidly (they can double in 20 minutes!).
That’s why using a thermometer to monitor the temperature of food donations is such a good idea!
