Yesterday, Pat told the owner of Bob’s Fine Restaurant that she would pick up a food donation today at 2pm. This morning she made an appointment for a pedicure at 2:30pm, and used the Customer Comments link on Bob’s website to tell them she would get the food later. Is this acceptable?
