Problem Identification
Section 12 of 16

Correct! Cross-Contamination. It's obvious that someone took a bite out of this piece of pizza, and when the piece was placed back in the box, the saliva on that slice likely came in contact with the rest of the pizza. Human saliva contains more than 100 species of bacteria, viruses, and other germs that can spread illness and make others sick. The entire pizza is now unsafe for consumption.
